This means instead of phoning Support when needing help with Windows or some software, an employee can obtain all the required help using their browser. There is so much to know about computers, and it is impossible for everyone to know it all, after all, most elements of software are only used now and again. Now, Intoweb Training empowers employees in all aspects of their computer. Better-equipped employees are more productive employees.
