helpdesk that allows organizations to train their employees
in GroupWise Webaccess without having to attend a training
seminar or even leave their designated workstations. This system is more than a training system.
Due to it's easy accessibility via the Intranet, employees
will use it as a help facility as well, giving them training
on the fly. The system is fully interactive, with voice, read-text
and animation. The users actually type in where they need
to type, click where they need to click, and can see each
and every step of the process in screen shots.
It covers all areas of GroupWise that the
client requires. Intoweb custom makes the GroupWizz virtual
helpdesk to suit each individual company's needs. Thus we
work closely with the organization and determine the requirements
in order to supply a solution that is exactly what you want.
Support
Once installed, Intoweb Design ensures that the GroupWizz
virtual helpdesk continues to work by transferring skills,
and giving maintenance to the client when needed. Any and
all bugs latent in the system will be fixed free of charge
for the first month of usage. Thereafter the maintenance will
cost R250 per hour or part thereof.
There is particular emphasis in skills transference,
thus empowering the organization to maintain the product themselves,
and saving costs.
