GroupWise Training
GroupWise training is a very important aspect of using Groupwise. Ensure employees can send and receive e-mails, set signatures, maintain an electronic calendar, manage documents, and much more. The problem is that most users are not proficient at utilizing all the features, thus leading to a less than optimal use of the software and needing Groupwise training.

The problems for any organization using GroupWise are:

  • Insufficient Groupwise training opportunities
  • New employees are often thrown into the deep end and end up only mastering the rudimentary basics of GroupWise without training
  • Long serving employees are often intimidated with new technology and don't want to show their ignorance; leading to them not using the system

The Solution
Intoweb Groupwise training has created a web-based, Intranet driven virtual helpdesk that allows organizations to do GroupWise training with their employees in the various functions of GroupWise without having to attend a training seminar or even leave their designated workstations.

This system is more than a training system. Due to its easy accessibility via the Intranet, employees will use it as a help facility as well, giving them training on the fly.

The system is fully interactive, with voice, read-text and animation. The user actually types in where they need to type, click where they need to click, and can see each and every step of the process in screen shots.

It covers all areas of GroupWise that the client requires. Intoweb custom makes the GroupWizz virtual helpdesk to suit each individual company's needs. Thus we work closely with the organization and determine the requirements in order to supply a solution that is exactly what you want.

The support
Once installed, Intoweb Training ensures that the GroupWizz virtual helpdesk continues to work by transferring skills, and giving maintenance to the client when needed. Any and all bugs latent in the system will be fixed free of charge for the first month of usage. Thereafter the maintenance will cost R350 (excl. vat) per hour or part thereof.

There is particular emphasis in skills transference, thus empowering the organization to maintain the product themselves, and saving costs.

Who benefits?
There are a number of people that would typically benefit once this GroupWise training module is implemented.

  • The obvious group is the IT division. Typically IT are in a constant flux of development, improving the IT of any organization. Should you require any site specific customization or add-ons after the 20 hours free customization in year two, the Intoweb fee will be R350.00 (Excl. vat) per hour or part thereof.
