Groupwise Helpdesks
Intoweb Training has created a web-based, Intranet driven virtual Groupwise helpdesk that allows organizations to do GroupWise training with their employees in the various functions of Groupwise without having to attend a training seminar or even leave their designated workstations.
Often Groupwise users are not proficient at utilizing all the features, thus leading to a less than optimal use of the software. This system is more than a Helpdesk. Due to its
easy accessibility via the Intranet, employees will use it
as a training facility as well, giving them Groupwise training on the fly.
Thegroupwise helpdesk is fully interactive, with voice, read-text and animation. The user actually types in where they need to type, click where they need to click, and can see each and every step of the process in screen shots.

There are two different pricing structures; an unlimited user
site license, or a per user license.

Demonstrations
Intoweb Training will contact the client and arrange a date, time and place for presenting our product. If your company is not situated in Gauteng then other arrangements can be made.
