Weigh the costs of ignorance against performance, how much time is wasted when employees either do things the wrong way or surf the net or ask colleges how to do certain things?

Some people say the solution is training, well, that is only half right. In todays world, people do not want to learn EVERYTHING, they just want to know the EXISTANCE of everything and WHERE they must look to find the information.

That is real power and real time savings. Imagine if each employee only used the e-learning system ONCE per month, saving themselves at least 20 minutes, and you have 1000 employees, that would be 333 hours saved per month, equal to hiring two extra people!!
